Birthday Parties at CDA are so much fun. Invite all your friends to dance, play, and celebrate your special day with you! Birthday Parties can be any theme you choose. We  have had ballet parties, disco parties,hip hop parties, and more. The sky is the limit!

Your birthday party package will include:

 

  • Birthday party decorations and set-up
  • Use of our beautiful 1200 sq. ft. studio room for the party
  • Event invitations for you to mail
  • 1.5 hours with a professional dance instructor, including 30 minutes of group dance instruction
  • Accomodations for up to 14 children
  • Costumes for the birthday guests to wear while they attend the party
  • Your choice of birthday cake or cupcakes
  • Goody bags to take home

Birthday Party Rates:

 

  • 1 - 8 children: $180 for 1.5 hours of facility usage, which includes 30 minutes of dance instruction from one of our professional teachers
  •  9+ children: add $10 per additional child

Hold a Wedding or an Event at CDA

CDA Facility Rental Fees:

 

The CDA Building has two large spaces available for rental for private parties, weddings, receptions, classes, etc. The downstairs studio is roughly 700 sq ft., and features a resillient wood floor and exposed beams. The upstairs room is roughly 1200 sq. ft., and features a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows and a fireplace.

 

Rental rates are as follows:

 

CDA-provided Birthday Party: $180 (includes 1.5 hours of party time, not including set-up or take-down)

 

Private Party rates: 

 

*Upstairs room: $50 per hour

 

*Downstairs room: $35 per hour

 

*Whole building rental: $75 per hour

 

*Rentals require a signed CDA Rental application, submitted with a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to hold the date.
